Job Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
  • Accurately process customer orders and handle payments through cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked checkout area.
  • Assist in managing inventory for point-of-sale items and report low stock.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
  • Ensure the cash register balances at the end of each shift.
  • Follow company policies on cash handling and security procedures.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
  • Experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is an advantage.
